For most beneficiaries who started after May 1997, yes. The birthday day of month determines whether payment is on the second, third or fourth Wednesday.
Can 2027 SSI payment dates move earlier?
Yes. SSI is usually paid on the 1st, but weekend and federal holiday timing can move payment to the prior business day.
Is the 2027 COLA included in these dates?
COLA changes the benefit amount, not the basic payment-day rule. The official 2027 COLA is announced by SSA when available.
